Local FM Civil Society Organization Promoting Revenue Management and its Utilization for Development in the Dormaa Central Municipality

Since the founding of the Youth Harvest Foundation in 2002, empowering our youth has been our business. We are organising our activities in 4 main programme areas that are strongly interconnected.

Advocating for Young People’s Access to Safe Abortion and Contraceptive Services in the Brong-Ahafo region of Ghana 

This was a three-year (1ST April 2014 to 31ST March 2017) project with funding support from Safe Abortion Action Fund (SAAF - UK) at the cost $129 000.00.

The above project is a collaborative project between the University of Nottingham- UK and Global Media Foundation and was aimed at promoting human rights of communities affected by mining.

Youth Livelihoods Innovations Hub

Techiman is located at a historical crossroads of trade routes, making it a transit town for many young person’s either migrating to the cities in the southern part of Ghana or migrating up north through the desert to Europe for greener pastures. In the same vain, youth in the region as a result of lack of skill development and economic opportunities travel outside the region for in search of such opportunities.
